Monica was admitted as a Solicitor of the New South Wales Supreme Court in 2019 and joined Gerard Malouf and Partners in October 2019.
Prior to joining Gerard Malouf and Partners, Monica worked in a general legal practice across many practice areas including Administrative, Migration, Discrimination, Employment, Insurance, Wills and Estate Planning, Family and Criminal litigation.
Whilst completing her university degree, Monica worked exclusively alongside leading Counsel and Senior Counsel which allowed her to develop her litigation management skills.
At Gerard Malouf and Partners, Monica has worked across many practice areas Medical Negligence, Public Liability, Work Injury Damages and Sexual Assault. Having worked in highly emotional areas of law, Monica prides herself on her ability to communicate and liaise with clients throughout the process.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys travelling and spending time with friends and family.
