Pauline completed her studies at the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Law combined with Social Science majoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice. She has won multiple prizes and awards for her academic performance including the John Marsden Award for her outstanding results in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Pauline understands that negotiation is an important skill in personal injury and she had the opportunity to further develop this skill at Michigan State University in the United States of America where she completed International Commercial Alternative Dispute Resolution; Negotiation, Mediation and Arbitration.
Prior to joining Gerard Malouf in Partners in April 2018, Pauline volunteered at a community legal centre and a specialist criminal law firm. Prior to this, Pauline worked as a paralegal for over 3 years in a wide variety of practice areas including personal injury, family law and criminal law.
Pauline has always had a passion for assisting those who are disadvantaged in our community and seeking maximum justice for those who have been hard done by. Pauline is always driven and determined to provide clients with the maximum compensation they deserve.
