Rita is a Partner at GMP with an array of personal injury experience. She completed a combined degree of a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts in 2006 and is a NSW Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law. She is sympathetic to her clients’ unique and individual circumstances and as a skilled litigator, Rita is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for each of them.
Being organised and driven, Rita is experienced in representing injured persons and fighting for their rights and fair entitlements, determined to obtain the favourable result that they each deserve.
Her main areas of practice include motor vehicle accident claims and public liability and she is the head of the motor vehicle accident department at GMP Law. She has also had experience in professional negligence, work injury damages, product liability, debt collection, commercial law, intellectual property and defamation.
Outside of the office, Rita enjoys socialising with friends and family, reading, shopping and travelling.
