Our client from Western Sydney was a passenger in a vehicle that was involved in a motor vehicle accident which occurred in 2018. In this matter, the driver at fault was driving in the opposite direction and had clipped the median strip, entering our client’s lane. The driver of the vehicle which our client was in had attempted to steer the vehicle to avoid a collision, however, it was unfortunately unavoidable.
Our client sustained significant physical injuries to his lower back, hips, pelvis, leg, knee and femur. Further, the young man sustained psychological injuries including anxiety and depression.
